Services

Four services, one per line of the boiler ledger

Each service matches one part of a boiler company's economics: installs, service agreements, parts and repairs, and the tracking that ties spend to all three. Most owners start with tracking or install pricing.

Pick the service that addresses your weakest number. If you do not know your weakest number, that answer is itself the starting point: unit-economics tracking. Everything else depends on being able to see what each unit costs to win.

Install pricing and quote presentation

This service is for owners whose replacement quotes convert poorly, or whose estimators spend evenings at homes that were never going to buy. It covers how install prices, options and financing from licensed lenders are presented on your website and in ads, before anyone visits.

Clear price framing filters out poor-fit buyers and lifts close rates among the rest, which raises the allowable cost per lead without spending more. Read the full scope on the install pricing page.

Choose it when: close rates on in-home quotes feel low, or your site shows no prices, ranges or options at all.

Service agreement programs

This service suits companies with a service plan that nobody actively sells, or one priced years ago and never checked. We look at what the plan includes, whether its fee covers the visit, and how it is offered at install, at tune-up and at renewal.

A well-priced agreement turns the quiet months into scheduled work and brings repair calls to you first. The service agreements page explains the approach.

Choose it when: fewer than half your new installs leave with a plan, or renewals happen only when customers remember.

Parts and repair margin marketing

This service is for companies whose repair calls are busy but thin. It sorts repair searches into those worth buying and those that mostly attract price shoppers, and it aligns ad copy and landing pages with your parts policy and flat-rate structure.

Repairs carry parts margin, and a few well-chosen repair searches can feed both agreements and eventual replacements. See the parts and repair margins page.

Choose it when: your repair schedule is full but the work rarely pays well, or your ads promise a price your parts costs cannot support.

Unit-economics tracking

This is the foundation for the other three. It connects calls, texts and web enquiries to jobs in your scheduling or CRM software, so each installed boiler, signed agreement and paid repair can be traced to its source and cost.

With that in place, the monthly report reads like a ledger rather than a traffic summary. Details are on the unit-economics tracking page.

Choose it when: nobody can say which channel brought last month's installs, or reports show clicks and calls but never revenue.

How the four fit together

The services are designed to run in a sequence, though not every company needs all four.

  1. Track so the numbers are visible.
  2. Price and present installs so quote visits convert.
  3. Build the agreement base so the shoulder season has work and the customer stays with you.
  4. Tune repair marketing so parts margin is protected.

The order changes if one problem is urgent. A company losing money on every repair call should fix that before polishing install pages. The guides cover each step with illustrative worked numbers, and our pricing page shows how the services sit within the monthly plans.

Signs you need more than one service

Some symptoms point to two services at once. If close rates are low and nobody tracks sources, tracking and install pricing should run together, because the second cannot be judged without the first. If agreements are thin and repairs are unprofitable, the two usually share a cause: plans priced and repairs discounted from habit rather than from costed figures.

What none of these services includes

Boiler.Business does not install, repair, inspect or service equipment, and it does not give accounting, tax or engineering advice. Every service works on the marketing and measurement side of your business, using cost figures that come from you or your accountant.

Frequently asked questions

Which service should we start with?

If you cannot say what an installed boiler cost to win last season, start with unit-economics tracking. If you can, but quotes convert poorly, start with install pricing and quote presentation.

Can we buy one service on its own?

Yes. Services sit inside the HVAC.Agency-family plans, and the scope within a plan is weighted toward whichever service your numbers say matters most.

Do any of these services involve working on equipment?

No. Every service is marketing, pricing presentation or measurement. We never install, repair or service a boiler.
