What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Three ways to reach us

Every channel reaches the same small team, so pick whichever suits your day.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 when you want to talk it through. If we are on another call, leave a short message with your name, company and city.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you are on a job site or between service calls. A two-line text is enough to start.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca when you want to attach a price sheet, a past marketing report or an agreement brochure.

There is no booking calendar and no web form. A human reads every message.

What to include in your message

The more of these you include, the more specific the first reply can be. Rough figures are fine.

  1. Your company and the cities you serve. Province matters, because fuel mix and programs vary.
  2. Your typical sold prices, by boiler type if you have them: combi, system boiler with indirect tank, hydronic retrofit.
  3. Your service agreement fee, what it includes and roughly how many members renew.
  4. A typical repair invoice and how you price parts, whether flat-rate or time and materials.
  5. Last season's marketing spend, by channel if you know it.
  6. What you want to change: more installs, more agreements, better repair calls, or simply knowing what is working.

A template you can copy into a text or email:

Hi Ali, I run [Business name] in [City], [Province]. Our typical [boiler type] install sells for about [$ amount], our service plan is [$ amount] a year with roughly [number] members, and we spent about [$ amount] on marketing last season. I'd like help with [installs / agreements / repairs / tracking]. Best time to reach me: [day and time].

What happens next

The first steps are the same for every owner, and none of them commits you to anything.

  1. We reply within one business day with a few questions or a time to talk.
  2. We talk for about half an hour. We go through your numbers, how you present install prices today, and where marketing spend currently goes.
  3. You receive a short written note with a first estimate of allowable cost per installed boiler, per agreement and per repair, and what we would look at first. If a plan makes sense, we suggest one; if not, we say so.

If you want to go further, the 7-day free trial adds an audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, with no credit card. The pricing page has the details.

Before you call: a little homework that pays off

Owners who arrive with these answered get much more out of the first conversation.

  • How many installs did you do last year, and roughly how many came from marketing rather than referrals?
  • What share of new installs left with a service agreement?
  • Which repair calls do you dread because they rarely pay?

The guides walk through each of these questions with illustrative worked numbers, and the services overview shows where each answer leads.

If you prefer to write first

Some owners would rather set out their situation in writing before talking. That works well. An email with a price sheet, a recent marketing invoice and a line on what you want to change lets us arrive at the first call with a draft of your ceilings already sketched.

A note on who you are contacting

Boiler.Business is a marketing and business consulting service, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, BC. We do not install or service boilers, so please do not contact us for a breakdown or a quote on your own heating. For that, call a licensed local contractor. If you are a boiler company owner, we look forward to your numbers. The about page has more on how we work.

Frequently asked questions

Who will I speak to?

A senior strategist who has read your numbers before the call. You will not be passed through a sales script or a call centre.

Do I need exact figures before I contact you?

No. Rounded numbers are fine for a first call. We refine them with you, and your accountant's figures take priority whenever they are available.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Figures you share are used only to plan your marketing. We do not publish them, and we only email people who contact us first.

Can you call us back during the heating rush?

Yes. Tell us a convenient time in your message and we will work around your season. In winter, an early-morning or end-of-day slot is often easiest for a busy owner.
