Plans

Pricing, and how to judge it against your own margins

Monthly plans run from $2,998 and websites from $3,500 one-time, in Canadian dollars, with your province's GST/HST on top (GST and QST in Quebec). The right plan is the one your install, agreement and repair contribution can carry.

Monthly plans

Each plan includes the work of the one below it. Choose by what your economics can carry, not by the longest feature list.

Plan Price What it covers
Starter $2,998/month A website with SEO-built service pages, your Google Business Profile and local SEO, a basic Google and Meta ads setup, hosting and maintenance, and a report each month.
Growth $4,498/month All of Starter, with deeper SEO and content, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, review generation, a CRM connection and a report each week.
Elite $8,998/month All of Growth, with video, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built to your format.

For a boiler company, the CRM integration in Growth is often the deciding feature. It is what lets us match a call to a signed agreement or an installed boiler, which is the basis of unit-economics tracking.

Websites

Some owners need a new site before any plan makes sense, usually because the current one cannot show install options, agreement terms or parts pages properly.

Website Price Scope
Essential $3,500 one-time A custom site of 5 to 7 pages, built in two to three weeks; hosting and maintenance then cost $149/month.
Professional $6,500 one-time A conversion-focused site of 10 to 15 pages, built in three to four weeks; hosting, maintenance and ongoing CRO then cost $249/month.
Enterprise $12,500 one-time As many pages and locations as you need, built in four to six weeks; full management then costs $449/month.

For most boiler companies the deciding question is page count. Separate pages for combi replacements, system boilers, hydronic work, service plans and the brands you repair add up quickly, and each city you serve may justify its own page as well. A single-city company with three install types and one plan often fits Professional; a multi-city company usually needs Enterprise.

Sizing the fee against your unit economics

The plan fee is a fixed monthly cost, so it has to be covered by contribution before media spend is counted. A quick check, with illustrative numbers you should replace with your own:

  • Suppose each installed boiler leaves about $4,400 after direct costs, and you are willing to spend 15% of that, or $660, to win it.
  • If you install 12 boilers a month through marketing, the acquisition allowance is roughly $7,920.
  • Starter at $2,998 leaves about $4,900 for media and other costs; Growth at $4,498 leaves about $3,400.
  • Add agreements and repairs, each with its own smaller allowance, and the picture fills in.

If the allowance cannot cover the plan fee and a sensible media budget, a smaller start is the honest answer. The allowable cost per install guide shows how to build these figures properly. None of this is accounting advice; confirm costs and tax treatment with your accountant.

What drives cost up or down

Four things change what a boiler company should spend with us, and none of them is a sales tactic.

  1. How many units you sell. Twelve installs a month carry a bigger plan than four.
  2. How many service areas you cover. Separate pages and campaigns per city cost more to build and run.
  3. Your tracking starting point. If calls are not tracked and jobs are not matched to sources, that setup comes first.
  4. Your season. Heating-season search costs climb; many owners lift agreement and tune-up marketing in the shoulder months, when clicks are cheaper.

Choosing, and the trial

Start with the 7-day free trial if you are unsure. During those seven days we audit your marketing, check how your website performs, analyse its SEO and benchmark you against local competitors, all without a credit card or lock-in. After that, Starter or Growth is the natural place for a single-location boiler company to begin.

Questions about scope are best answered on a call. Read the FAQ first, then call, text or email through the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

No. After a 7-day free trial, for which we ask no card details, the plan continues month to month and you can stop when the numbers say so.

What is included in the free trial?

We audit your current marketing, test your website's performance, review its SEO and compare you with nearby competitors. It is a useful snapshot even if you decide not to continue.

Are ad budgets included in the plan price?

Plan fees cover our work. Media spend on Google or Meta is paid to those platforms separately, so we size it together against your allowable cost per unit.

Do you charge GST or HST?

Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add GST or HST for their province, or GST and QST in Quebec. Your accountant can tell you how that applies to your own books.

Who owns the website and accounts?

You do. The domain, website, ad accounts, analytics and call-tracking data are set up in your name and stay with you if you leave.
